say it appears the suspects were not familiar with the neighborhood, driving around several minutes after the shooting, only to realize the only way out is the same way behind me. again the sheriff's help finding the person driving this white ford truck. they say this video shows the driver firing at them while they were responding to a call at mr. gyro's restaurant on west colonial drive. it center stage again in election 2016, just days after the g.o.p. frontrunner donald trump made a stop here. marco rubio is now visiting. rubio just spoke in tampa and is now on his way to sanford. that's where we sent news 6 reporter sachelle saunders. doors don't open for another 40 minutes or so. so what's happening out there right now? >> reporter: well, the line is at least 50 people standing in line. a few of them have been here for about two hours. one high schooler told us she came early because she's short and she wanted to be in the front so she could see. but all jokes aside, things are really serious tonight in the rubio campaign. he has just a few days to sway voters, largely out of trump's grasp. rubio is polling very well in florida, his home state. the latest monmouth poll puts him a few points behind trump overall and he's on top in the southern part of the state, 41% compared to trump's 30. that isn't the case in the north or here in central florida. many people attribute rubio's lacking behind to folks not taking trump seriously in the beginning. one voter admitted she didn't expect it to go this far. >> i really didn't get involved in the election until maybe two weeks ago when i realized that, pulling for trump. when i watch him in the debates, has a platform that he can stick to or an experience really to share. so i don't feel like he's the best choice for america. i felt like, you know, it's time to get started. >> reporter: now it is crucial for rubio to come out on top here at home. winner takes all 99 delegates. that would stopped a major gambling deal he negotiated with the seminole tribe of florida. there's growing talk if scott vetoes part of this had year's budget lawmakers will override him. governor rick scott has stopped raising money for the g.o.p. party and more recently his possible endorsement of presidential candidate donald trump. many florida republicans do not want him to support trump. governor rick scott has not publically endorsed anyone just yet. >> ginger: two mysterious death investigations in marion county. first, a hunter finds human bones. office says the hunter discovered the bones near the wooded area on the north edge of silver spring shores. detectives came out and collected evidence yesterday. it's not known how long the bones were there or the cause of death. this discovery comes just days after deputies got a tip about a body buried in the ocala national forest near forest road 50. the medical examiner's office completed an autopsy on the body but the identity of the person has not been released. also, they do not know how the person died. >> matt: emergency landings, maintenance issues, delayed flights, lee allegiant air continues to have a number of problems. julie broughton is here with more. >> julie: they look at issues >> julie: there were two reported, quote, "catastrophic engine failure incidents during that time, four incidents of smoke in the cabin and three instances of smoke inhalation problems. and news 6 told you about another emergency landing involving allegiant air. it was heading to indianapolis when it started experiencing problems. the plane turned around just west of savannah and landed at jacksonville's international airport. allegiant is not required to report problems. officials have been investigating maintenance issues with
