St. Cloud police say sarah moore came to this Verizon Wireless store yesterday afternoon and asked the clerk inside for his help in remotely removing information from her cell phone which had been seized by police. Moore, a substitute Health Teacher at st. Cloud middle school, was arrested last week on charges she repeatedly had sex with a teenage boy. Instead of helping moore, that clerk called police. The state has produced and shown to me a statement made by that clerk saying that she wanted to delete stuff off her phone because she was in trouble with the cops. But what was on that phone . Were there pictures . Were there Text Messages . I have no idea whats on it. What they think is on it. What they knew was on it before. The problem is, neither do st. Cloud police investigators. They say they have no way of knowing whether moore was successful or not in deleting anything from her phone. But what they do know is she not telling them what it is. Moores attorney offered up his own explanation. Its my understanding she had her daughters cell phone and was trying to get it activated. I dont know why the pass code would have been altered on the phone or changed in any way. Now, at the end of todays hearing, the judge set bond for moore at 75,000 on these new tampering with evidence charges. The bond for the other new charges of lewd and lascivious conduct have not been set. That means moore is going to be spending the night here in jail. Were live at the Osceola County jail tonight.
