After bad weather caused a project delay in january, a major detour begins. The Florida Department of transportation has closed southbound lanes of 17 92 between park and monroe avenues. Construction crews are working under the railroad bridge to replace concrete with asphalt. Another route takes drivers from maitland boulevard to i4. Both will put cars back on 17 92 many drivers who use the road to avoid traffic are bracing for delays. Try to miss an accident on i4 is to head to 17 92.
