You can see there are a group of the homeowner tells me this happened around 3 30 this morning. He says he heard an explosion when he walked out to a storage room. Thats when he saw the truck inside the room. He does tell me that people here on overdose street did get scared because the truck not only slammed into his house but also into a pole and into another car not that far from the house. The homeowner tells me the driver of the car did try to get away. According to homeowner, he says authorities were able to take him into custody. He says the cleanup process is just beginning. James prichard was arrested in connection with the shooting. Mark lehman is live outside the Seminole County jail this morning where prichard is being held without bond. How were detectives able to track down the suspects . Details are still coming out on this. The Sheriffs Office says a deputy was patrolling in the area and heard gun shots. He was able to responsibility within seconds. That was crucial for gathering information on a possible suspect. Deputies caught up to the suspect and he was taken into custody. 30yearold James Prichard is waking up in jail after they are saying prichard gunned down a woman in sanford less than 240 hours earlier. Night. Many were overcome with emotion after learning 36yearold oceanett hampton was shot and killed. A nearby deputy was on patrol when that happened and he heard the gun fire. When the deputy rushed to the bar, he found hampton badly injured. She died a short time later. In the hours that followed, a small memorial formed at the shooting scene and signs were posted asking for witnesses to come forward. Deputies say those tips led to prichard who is now charged in the shooting. Those charges including Second Degree murder. Prichard is being held on no bond. Two weeks after his death, his family still says they have no idea how he died. Walter mckinney was found january 15, five days after his family reported him missing.
