Police blocked off a good chunk of the parking lot. What i can tell you is that police have confirmed a mans body was found unresponsive behind the guilt club in a grassy area. Now, i just spoke to a guy who works at the nightclub. He tells me their delivery guy was dropping off beer to the club around 1 00 and when he was turning around to leave, he saw the mans body in the field. At first, he thought it was a person sleeping and then called 911. Police are saying it is an adult male. We did see the medical examiner arrive on scene moments ago and investigators are out here. New developments now in a highprofile murder case in volusia county. News 6 has learned prosecutors are asking to delay luis toledos accused of killing his wife and her two kids in 2013. He was facing the Death Penalty if convicted but yesterday the Supreme Court ruled the Death Penalty system in florida is unconstitutional. The trial is set to begin tuesday in st. Augustine. Orlando city soccer fans have to wait another year before they can get a taste of their stadium. Today, the club announced construction is not where they expected it to be. You asked officials just last week about the stadium and they said it would be ready this year. So what has changed in the past few days . On friday, we were wondering what the status was with the stadium. They said theres no delays and it was good to go. Fast forward today and thats no longer the case. When i asked why, stadium and was some issues surrounding the final design phase. October of 2014, orlando city officials breaking ground on their new 155 million stadium. Deputies say the two brothers robbed the clerk at gunpoint early monday morning. We first showed you this Surveillance Video from circle k on Buena Ventura boulevard on monday. It shows one of the brothers leap over the counter. He demanded cash before dragging the clerk into the corner. Video shows the second robber jumping over the counter and rummaging around for cash. Both men now face several charges. And in volusia county, a south atlantic avenue in Daytona Beach shores. The victim suffered a concussion in all this. She describes the suspect as a 20 to 25yearold man, about 6 feet tall, with curly black hair. If you know anything about this, call Daytona Beach shores police. A stolen gun, drugs and cash, all found inside a car in orange county. Orlando police tell us Cyrus Anderson was pulled over after running a stop sign along north lane yesterday. Were told anderson was out of arrest. He now faces several charges. A local Animal Shelter is now struggling to get funds. The shelter needs 22,000 a month to run the facility that currently houses 25 dogs and 45 cats. Electric bill, water bill, putting the drugs in here to the doctor says until they get their nonprofit status, theyll continue to pay with small donations and out of pocket. Right now, everything thats in this building was purchased through my hospital at the regular price. The usda lowered its forecast for grapefruits and tangerines. The orange crops could reach historic lows theres a 29 drop from oranges from last season, the smallest harvest in more than 50 years. The tangerine crop could fall 28 from last year and reach its lowest level in 80 years. The usda says the grapefruit harvest could reach its lowest level since 1932.
