Things like electric wires, telecommunications, water and sewer. The way the casino is being built is they will be building awnings and walkways over top of streets where underground facilities currently are. We need to move them from their location to a place where we can easily access them and keep an eye on them to make sure there is no issues. Officials plan to suspend work on ravens game days.
