good morning. the mother and daughter hadn't been seen or heard from in a couple of days. police were called and they're the ones who entered the apartment. dects sphowntd 25-year-old woman and her daughter inside the apartment. the mother is identified as alicia avery and the daughter is darielle parker. police aren't saying how the two died. >> we are exspctsing foul play. >> reporter: a neighbor said this grizzling discover vie is jarring. >> for something to happen this close to me, it makes me wonder, how fast this hear is changing, and it's going to keep me on my p's and q's. >> reporter: the bodies have been take tonight medical examiner's office. back to you. >> police tell us the two had not been reported missing until yesterday afternoon. the officer who was knocked off a sx of the jfx highway is out of the hospital. the officer fell to the pavement below. olivia constance drowned when her safety harness got tangled in her capsized boat. an 11-year-old gets ahold of his uncle's gun and accidentally shoots his 15-year-old friend. the gun owner is speaking. >> reporter: michael brooks was shot in the head. police will not nile charges against the 11-year-old who product safety commission says those types of cribs led to at least 32 infant strange due lags and suffocation deaths since 2000. the homeland security is helping businesses protect their computers. small businesses will soon be offered help to make sure their internal data is set. hackers have used holes to attack companies such as lockheed martin and sony. a woman is accused of lay tacking an wjz.com. city police resume their investigation in the three men kicking down a home on medford road yesterday morning. the 32-year-old man said the intruders first identified themselves as police officers and then tied he and his wife up, shooting him in the neck in the process. police are still looking for the three men involved. the plan to fly low traveling airplanes have been put on hold. according to our media partner, nasa wants to spend more time getting the word out about the mission. the flights to measure hair quality could start up as sun has tomorrow. a gravely ill 95-year-old who had to remove her diaper at a security checkpoint in florida said it was no big deal. it began when inspectors found a hard spot. her daughter was stunned when told it had to be removed. >> i said baby dolphins seemed playful and healthy. then suddenly they both died. one was found dead in the pool. the other died during a medical procedure after it showed signs of labored breathing. >> we checked fluid, the status of the animals, medical reasons. you know, these guys are prone to different respiratory illnesses. it's common in the wild. >> reporter: since 1992, 14 dolphins have been born at the aquarium. six have dies, a mortality rate of 43%. >> living is doing things. living is chasing fish. >> reporter: a number of animal rights groups are against keeping doll fins in captivity. >> as long as we call it education and research you cran literally get away with murder. >> reporter: the national aquarium still has eight dolphins. the deaths were not mentioned to the crowd. >> you don't say why, what happened. >> reporter: the mother dolphins were also absent from the show in a separate tank occasionally still calling out for their missing calfs. the test results
