live on the story. >> reporter: neighbors say they've come plained -- complained to police and the fbi for years saying what goes on inside and outside the home is strange and suspicious. we've discovered a cult leader may own the home. this home video obtained by wjz shows the wild scene unfollowedding outside a million dollar -- unfolding outside a million dollar home in pikesville. manny pearlman shot the video. police say someone called 911 about an injured 18-year-old woman inside. the situation quickly escalated when officers learned the homeowner, dr. avraham cohen was associated with a cult called sist. a man said sist leaders wanted him to kill top officials in a small wisconsin town. >> i said you want me to kill 60 people. you want me to kill the whole town of shawano. >>
