>> the parents we talked to our very upset. they spent hours worrying if their little ones were okay. parents and grandparents say theyan are virtual still tryingo figure out why it took about three hours for their children to get home t friday afternoon. school and no answer. so they call police. the elementary aged children did nota get home until after 6:00. school officials are investigating what exactly happens. this is what they know so far. the students were transferred to a new bus number. but the communication was -- another bus driver took the students on his stops,, thinking their bus was delayed. the district said the bus driver meant well but it does not excuse the unnecessary delay several families.la >> the bus driver said he tried to tell me that the school d put them on the wrong bus and the principal did it. he's like kids on the bust when he was trying to explain. i don't care what happens. why did this happen? of clouds causing chaos. matt wright is back from huron county and getting answers about this really odd thing that is going on around the state. >> it isist and a trend across e country. norwalk police say the history of their began with a hoax picture posted on facebook that was then shared more than 1,000 times. it led to a police claiming clowns were harassing people.ll this is the prank photo police say washo posted on facebook thursday, claiming these clouds werese spotted in norwalk. police started receiving calls about people in clown masks causingr problems late thursday into early friday morning. it one case, a woman reported a clown was trying to break into her home. police never found any criminal clowns. but they did find several groups out looking for clowns that said facebook post. investigators then tracked down the people who made the original post. t they say the admitted to dressing up in the clown costumes and posting the photo of themselves because they wanted to be famous.s. >> we want people to be careful with what they post on social mediaope , to think before handd two realize that yes, it can be a problem and it can create a problem for the police in tying up resources, wasting time th the publicurc. >> norwalk smart law director reviewed possible criminal charges of p inducing panic against thein man and woman who posted the original prank photo but declined to file any charges. police say they could not substantiate any reports of clown sightings in norwalk and that they may have been exaggerations or even deliberate false these dogs were, what these dogs look like. the map is born outa of the city's vicious dog law, which ii created last year in response to the killing of two dogs in separate account. the map includes pictures of dogs that have been designated as vicious, dangerous or a nuisance. details of the offenses are also listed along with where they live.ff >> we have put forth some very tough penalties and tough restrictions ton deal with dog owners that a responsible as we would like them to be. >> kaine is a perfect example of how life changes for a dog and his owner once a dog makes the map. when the shepherd mix was found guilty of killing a small dog back in july, his owner was charged with a first-degree misdemeanor and had to pay $1,000 fine. kanene had to be neutered and go to obedience as opposed to the very briefed period of sunshine we sw earlier. here is the front.of it is now progressing to the east. nowsi we see the clearing skies and a pretty decent dry spot. that is where we see some of the for the time being we are in for a very pleasant evening. albeit a crisp evening. 61 degrees the low temperature this morning. thatin 70 degrees was at 730 ths morning. i think that we
