they have charged someone from landover with the murder of west thomas. thomas was shot in the parking lot of the school last night. police say it was not a random crime. a man broke into a woman's home and sexually assaulted her. it happened in the herndon community. the man fled the scene after the attack. authorities have a vague description of the suspect. they are asking anyone with
