there is no way to get inside people's head. >> we just got off a conference call where uber acknowledged it got report of the driver driving erratically an hour before the six shootings. in those cases they urged people to call 911. there is talk whether they should install a panic button but they say 911 is the panic button. coming up tonight we talk to the uber customers to hear what they have to say about whether or not he think drivers are screened thoroughly. alison: three men are in custody after allegedly arlington. this happened saturday night on washington boulevard. arlington police say justin norconck nore, lance ingram and jeffrey rowe from woodbridge started driving alcohol inside the vehicle. the uber driver said they couldn't drink in his car. but after the argument the driver was hit in the face with a beer bottle and a car window was shattered. leon: breaking news in the newsroom. this morning the d.c. police department tell us captain paul shelton has been charged with a d.u.i. after an accident that happened last night at i-295 and pennsylvania avenue. no word whether he was on duty at this time. his police powers have been taken away. talk about the weather. alison: today was nice. doug hill has a check on the forecast ahead. >> it was a nice break after sunshine today. we have a two storm system. the high and the low pressure center will give us rain tomorrow morning. i will be chilly. period of rain throughout the day. the rain tends to move out of the area to the northeast. we will get a little bit of a break. but then part two of the system comes in wednesday, larger storm system west of the mountains to give us heavy rains at time and the heavy thunderstorms as well. in the meantime tomorrow, look for the clouds and the period of rain. northeasterly winds at 10:00. rain any day for wednesday. look through that and the rest of the week and in the weekend with the seven-day outlook coming up in a few minutes. alison: we have breaking news from vote 2016 to tell you about. and senator ted cruz is re-sign after the communications director rick tyler posted the video over the weekend that falsely depicted senator marco rubio dismissing the bible. tyler apologized for the post on facebook but cruz announced an hour ago he is still asking him to re-sign. more breaking news from capitol hill where senator claire mccaskill has breast cancer. she broke the news on twitter a half an hour ago. we will keep you posted. leon: lumber liquidators taking another hit. the stock took a tumble after a government agency admittedded they underestimated potential for customers to get cancer from the flooring.
