When you woke up, the snow was mostly clear from the roads but really created beautiful scenes. Look at this one. Its the memorial corps memorial in arlington. With the snow melting away we look to other chances of wintry weather. Stormwatch7s chief meteorologist doug hill has the forecast. Doug, there is a close eye on tomorrow mornings commute, right . Doug the difference this morning the ground level temperatures were warm and the roads had been treated. We think tomorrow morning the temperatures will probably be in the mid20s in many areas. We have another little disturbance coming in across the great lakes. It looks like this will stay to the north. We think the best chance for dusting to a light coating is north of the area. No advisories in effect but the key is cold temperatures there. Could be icy spots in the areas that get the snow developed quickly in the morning commute hours. That is something we are concerned. With we had snowshowers around the area on good part of t day. 20 miles east here there is a snowshower going through. That is the story longer. Generally clear tonight and the clouds increase late tonight with the lows in the 20s. We keep an eye on the future cast that tracks in tonight. We will see how much will hold together. The potential is there for enough light snow or dusting with the cold temperatures early in the morning to cause slick spots. A lot more to share about you with that and a look at the next seven days comes up. Q . Q now a story developing in canada. A suspect is in custody after six people were shot and killed while praying at a mosque last night. Five people were critically injured in the attack and 12 others suffered minor injuries. This is the plea agreement, the statement of facts. On the back, Deonte Carraways did these terrible crimes. The Deonte Carraway case is one of the most notorious child porn and abuse cases in the regions history. Working first as a teachers aide, then as a volunteer at judge Sylvania Elementary School in glenarden. Carraway victimized nearly two dozen boys and girls from 9 to 11, forcing them to appear with him and each other in pornographic videos he recorded on his cell phones. Today in court, a judge asked carraway if he is guilty and he replied in a voice sounding almost cheerful yes, maam. The consequence of this plea today is that those children will not be required to testify in federal court. They can go on with their recovers. Brad u. S. Attorney explaining even with making a deal with prosecutors to avoid trial the 23yearold carraway faces a minimum of 60 years in prison behind bars. A group of parents of victims attended todays arraignment in federal court in greenbelt. The parents of abused children we are protecting their identities. One told us she was satisfied. The u. S. Attorney says one of those parents likely saved many more children by spotting a lurid photo on his 9yearolds phone. Its critical for parents to know who your children are spending time with. Both the adults about the kids that they are spending time with. They may be in school, or in a place you believe is a safe place but you still need to know who they are spending their time with. Brad so about the parents in court. It was very difficult for them to hear the charges red. One parent actually got up and left to compose himself. Then he came back in. Now those actual parents we are protecting their identity. They did not speak to us publicly but we have spoken to a grand mother and a parent from judge Sylvania Elementary School who were here to will share with you their thoughts. Bowie police riving here at 2 15 sunday morning and investigators say a person with a financial stake in the restaurant had remotely accessed the Indoor SurveySurveillance System and several unconscious people inside. The officers found the body of 46yearold Sherwood Morgan the general manager and 27yearold jin chen a coowner. Police say the surveillance gear showed them clear video of the shooting and the accused gunman 40yearold karlief moye who worked here as a bartender, shown here in the lincoln picture. Officers closed on moyes Silver Spring home later that morning. He ran in nearby woods and shot himself twice. If you are having a dispute over whatever you may be having a dispute over, for an individual to then arm themselves and people, that is senseless violence and its worrisome.
