Where do we stand with this, kevin . Kevin jonathan, a man by the name of Francisco Trujillo is the murder suspect. He lives in this red brick home with his wife and two young sons. Yesterday the family was hosting a party inside of their home. All was well until after midnight when he got in an argument with a male guest he felt was drunk and threatening his family. The two men who were intoxicated began to argue near a Christmas Tree. That is when trujillo grabbed a gun and fired one shot hitting the invited guest in the chest. By the time Police Arrived the 40yearold man was dead. His girlfriend by his side in hysteric. Trujillo was in another room reportedly acting calm. He apologized to officers for the shooting and insen waited he insinuated he acted in selfdefendants. Crime investigators disagree and they have charged him with firstdegree murder.
