But the size of the crowd that blocked traffic gave Police Another preview of what is expected here in the coming days. Rallies and protests. In ferguson, missouri, wait to learn if officer Darren Wilson will be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown. The grand jury made up of nine white and three black jurors has been going over evidence and testimony in the racially explosive testimony since august. They are getting to hear testimony from witnesses including deron williams. This is information not going out to the rest of the public who are sharing these opinions and saying they do not think hell be indicted. The attorney for Michael Brons family does not believe this whole part of the process is fair. Marci, you said the grand jury is looking at evidence we havent seen. Will the public at some point see it . If hes not indicted, the prosecutor here in st. Louis county says that he will put in a request to have all of the evidence, all of the information presented to the grand jury to have all of that released to the public, but it would be up to a judge to decide whether or not that would be allowed. This started when someone called to report a person with a gun was scaring people at the park. The caller said twice that the gun was probably fake. That information was never relayed to the officers who responded. The boy did not point the weapon at them but did reach for it. Two officers are now on administrative leave. Theres fierce criticism on the university of virginia campus after the president suspended all fraternities for the rest of the semester. In the wake of an explosive expose from Rolling Stone magazine. It tells the heartbreaking story of a freshman they call jackie who said she was raped by seven young men at a party in 2012. The suspect, 39yearold miguel zaragoza slipped on to the tarmac and stole a maintenance vehicle before he was caught at one of the main passenger terminals. Police say he was acting erratically, possibly under the influence of drugs. Driver fatigue is the suspected cause of a fatal bus crash in Northern California.
