priority for a lot of people. this is the 10th anniversary of the memorial day parade. it started as a small event and it has grown considerably into what it is today. it is put on by the american celebrations. the bomb squad detonated a pressure cooker found outside the u.s. capitol building. police blocked streets to investigate, but the concert went on just as planned. firefighters are investigating the explosion that destroyed a prince george's county building overnight. it happened around 11:00 on old baltimore pike in beltsville. john gonzalez is in beltsville with what happened. john: police of been protecting this area, keeping folks away. employees showed up, but they were turned around and told to take the rest of the day off because they're building is now condemned. fire investigators taking a close look at what appears to be a building explosion on old baltimore pike in beltsville at the eaton company. no injuries reported. it does not appear there was ever a fire. the fire chief says there was some sort of a gas explosion. it looks like it back wall and some of the roof has collapsed. the fire department says there was failure of's arm -- of some kind involving more than 130 rescues and one florida county alone. one swimmer drowned at daytona beach in front of an unguarded lifeguard tower. look for a change in watercolor or a line of foam or seaweed to spot
