inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old girl. and the parents say they are not only concerned about these allegations, but they say there was a huge delay by the school district in letting them know what was going on. latest incident happened here at roberto clemente middle school on september 30. substitute teacher, is accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old female student. court documents show he first reached around the girl and touched her from behind and then walked by four to five times and squeeze her leg and bottom. >> children should be protected at school. >> police arrested him on october 14, charged with sexy abuse of a minor. but parents are not notified by the school until this past friday. >> this is something that parents need to know about immediately. >> guard down in a hurry and arrested 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman. as tohave no information what was happening. the neighbors have been calling and are concerned about each other. >> they were home with their kids and worried about their safety. hadfairfax police says i the suspects been on the loose, homeowners would have been told. expert cautionary measures would have been taken. georgetown student has been sentenced to one year and a day for making ricin in his dorm or him. he pleaded guilty in september to possession of the deadly poison. defense attorneys argued that he substitute teacher at the school. >> as you can imagine, these parents are pretty upset. this is the second situation to come to light in recent weeks. there was an earlier case contractor who had inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old girl. and the parents say they are not only concerned about these allegations, but they say there was a huge delay by the school district in letting them know what was going on. latest incident happened here at roberto clemente middle school on september 30. substitute teacher, is accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old female student. court documents show he first reached around the girl and touched her from behind and then walked by four to five times and squeeze her leg and bottom. >> children should be protected at school. >> police arrested him on october 14, charged with sexy abuse of a minor. but parents are not notified by the school until this past friday. >> this is something that parents need to know about immediately. >> the trouble is, this is not the only incident. epps, a- john contract worker, is accused of inappropriately touching a 12 euro girl in the hallway. daughterelps dollar -- is a sixth grader and he said parents were not notified until a month later. but why weren't we notified when it happened? -- >> why weren't we notified en it happened? they notify us about so many things, but why did this takes a long? is now free on $50,000 bond. parents are not happy. >> the district has sent out several letters of apology. the spokesperson today said essentially, we really did not do a good job of keeping
