After the shooting. Brown was taken off patrol duties according to a criminal complaintone night later. Heaggan brown went to a bar with the victim and watched protests on television. Heagganbrown sexually assaulting him. Heagganbrown is accused of having three other victims. Chief ed flynn held a News Conference thursday and called the alleged actions appalling. These are grave charges, these are charges that go to the heart of our code of conduct, go to our oath to protect and serve heagganbrown is suspended from the Milwaukee Police department and because of state law, that is with pay.
