the case. avery and his nephew ... brendan dassey ... have been in prison for nearly a decade ... convicted of the 2005 murder of theresa halbach. it's been nearly two weeks since a federal judge overturned brendan dassey's conviction. the state has 90 days to decide whether to retry dassey ... or to release him from prison. avery is serving a life sentence. but in a tweet last month his heel-bear-toe co-ya-doe gilberto collado is charged with disorderly conduct and possession of cocaine.collado is accused of telling a clerk at the city hall information desk that he had a gun and would beat mayor tom barett with it... as the mayor and his security detail were passing by that desk. his court hearing is at 8:30 this morning. also in court today-- three men-- accused of breakin liquor during the nights of the sherman park unrest. angelica joins us now with more. the liquor store-- near 47th and burleigh-- was one of several businesses police say criminals targeted during the sherman park unrest. 45-year-old durrell jones is charged with burglary. 22-year-old joseph lindsey and 20-year- old devon love are each charged with entry into a locked building. around midnight sunday, august 14th... surveillance video shows several men inside the dark flashlights. soon, many more begin to crowd into the store, smashing glass cases and pulling liquor off of shelves. some covering their faces with their shirts. the owner estimates the total amount stolen plus the damage could reach 125-thousand-dollars. the status quo cannot continue on. a call for for changes to the
