She described what happened when she confronted a shoplifting suspect. Stephanie disarmed me and then shot me with my duty weapon before taking his own life. The man shot and killed allegedly by his own employee is laid to rest today. Charges have been filed in the murder of donald lewis owner of jason small faces several felonies including first degree intentional homicide. His bond was set at 250thousdand dollars today. Police say they found plastic gloves covered in blood and a Security Camera system from the cafe in the home where small was arrested. Lewis body was found in a walled off section of the cafes basement. Jason small is due back in court later this month. Investigating what they believe is a fire that was intentionally set.
