Man was shot near 15th and greenfield just before one this afternoon. Police believe it happened during a drug deal. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Prosecutors say the fire was intentionally set by Michael Morgan in milwaukee last october. Morgans trial had been suspended since last week after a witness for the prosecution never showed up. The witness was eventually found and hes being held in the Milwaukee County jail on unrelated charges. Morgan is facing numerous charges including two counts of reckless homicide.
