'it is just insanity that people are solving their problems by using guns. it is just insanity.'on tuesday morning the body of a hamilton and arlington, on the city's east side. a 22-year-old milwaukee man was arrested in connection with the case. a source close to fox six tells us she was stuffed inside a plastic tote. neighbors we spoke with say they are shaken by this but have noticed an uptick in neighborhood crime. 'shocked kind of angry disappointed like this isnt the type of neighborhood where you think this stuff would happen.'
