It was a year ago october a criminal rajaphoumi a district four officer, was in a Milwaukee Police squad at work when he approached two teenaged girls skipping out of school and got their phone numbers. He came to one girls home. The complaint says rajaphoumi asked one to pull up her shirt and let him seewhats under there. He suggested they go to her basement. She didnt and asked him to leave. When investigating officers asked what she thought he would do. Me rajaphoumi is accused of offering another teen money for sex. In april another teenaged girl recorded rajaphoumi offering her money for sex, according to the complaint. Besides losing his job, criminally rajaphoumi faces up to 75 years in prison.
