for treatment of non life threatening injuries. then ...around one am ...officers are called to another shooting at 24th and townsend. so far police have not released any information on that shooting. over the weekend...there were a number of shootings..two of which were fatal. there was a homicide at 38th and meinecke...a 24 year old man from kenosha was killed on saturday. and at 66th and lisbon on saturday...two men in their twenties were shot...one of them was critical condition...after being shot near 31st and villard early sunday morning. police say the suspect is a woman...and this followed an argument at a nearby club. three two on the north side one on the south side. those victims suffered non-life threatening injuries. looking ahead -- an autopsy is scheduled for today to determine exactly how a baby died on milwaukee's west side. police were called out to 28th and wells early yesterday morning for an infant death investigation. officials say three-month-old deshyla toombs was pronounced dead at the scene. there's no word on how the baby died. the investigation is ongoing. to killing her two children. 35-year-old lucia hernandez-alvarez pleaded guilty friday to two counts of first-degree homicide for the 2015 deaths of her 1-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter. she was accused of killing them by giving them pain medication to make them sleep -- then smothering them with plastic bags. hernandez-alvarez told police she'd been sad'' before the killings and was worried the children's father was going to leave her. a trial on her mental state is next west bend man --- after he aims a gun at police and pulls the trigger --- but the gun misfired. police were initially called to the house yesterday morning when a neighbor heard gunshots . officers say the man was in the yard with a gun -- police managed to get to safety but then a tactical situation began when he ran inside. a neighbor captured what happened on his cell phone. a police swat vehicle rammed the window of the house. police repeatedly told several roommates inside to come out -- eventually they did and were taken into custody. the officers. they could see and hear the individual racking the semiautomatic, racking the gun. when we went into the area there was a live round found." the 24-year-old man is in custody facing possible charges of two counts of attempted homicide and we are warming quickly this morning, despite the cloud cover. a strong breeze from the southwest is pumping in that warm air, and we have the potential to hit a high of 80. although we may see a few sprinkles this afternoon, we should stay mostly dry. skies will be partly cloudy tonight and into tuesday. today: mostly cloudy. warm, muggy and breezy. high: 80 dewpoint: 65 wind: sw 10-20 mph happening today - all state and u-s flags will be lowered to happening today - all state and u-s flags will be lowered to half staff... to honor gudex died wednesday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. the 48-year-old republican was elected to the wisconsin senate in 2012 but was not seeking re-election this year. his family says he suffered from depression. gudex's funeral is this afternoon at 2:00 in the town of eden. you decide coverage... donald trump returns to wisconsin -- making a stop in green bay today. ahead of this afternoon's rally...the presidential nominee is saying that the upcoming election is "rigged" against him. poli has more on trump's visit...and his concerns. nats -- from previous trump visit to waukesha a lot has changed since donald trump's last visit to wisconsin. i believe that donald j trump was made for this moment of turmoil in the united states milwaukee county sheriff david clarke is spreading the blame around. on twitter saturday, clarke said: "it's incredible that our institutions of government, white house, congress, doj, and big media are and torches time." clarke followed up, "just heard from a friend that there has been a run on pitchforks and tiki lamp oil at home depot!" clarke later tweeted that reporters were "having a hernia" over his comments. through a spokeswoman, clarke declined to discuss this with fox6, except to point us to a blog post that clarke says will go online monday. nats -- keyboard trump had a scattershot collection of tweets sunday. he said, "the election is dishonest and distorted media pushing crooked hillary, but also at many polling places - sad." he blasted paul ryan, who now refuses to defend trump, as a man who "doesn't know how to win." yet, trump's running mate, mike pence, downplayed talk of contesting the election if he and trump lose. 'you have a jingle dress dancer who represents mother earth and theyre more the healing type.' 'you have mens traditional; mens fancy that have the big feathers and the big bustles on the back side and very each color - each pattern...all handmade and unique to the dancer who wears the traditional ragalia.
