prosecutors say "morgan geyser" and "anissa weier" tried to kill a classmate to please the fictional character slenderman. geyser's attorneys filed a motion for a change of venue because there has been so much interest in the different approach-- asking that jurors from another county be brought to waukesha for the trial. both girls are pleading guilty due to a mental disease or defect. a 17-year-old boy is charged as an adult for allegedly stealing cars from dealerships. police say "javon veh- deal-ee v-dillie" and his friends hit multiple dealerships in racine county between july 4th and the 13th.according to court documents, they got away with multiple cars-- even leading police on a high speed chase. proc to adult court sends a message to other kids that these crimes won't be tolerated. this is extremely serious and when you think about all of these young, unlicensed people taking off in stolen cars, its extremely dangerous. a 14-year-old has also been arrested in connection with the burglaries. he cannot be waived into adult court. police are still searching for the boy killed in a hit-and-run crash ... is devastated by a new development in the case. the man charged with the crime-- is out of jail. fox6's jenna sachs has the story-- you'll see only on fox6. my nephew was a joy. eight-year-old taeshawn griffin ... should be starting the third grade on thursday. his laugh was just amazing. his laugh made everyone else laugh. griffin was ejected from a car after being hit by an audi that blew a stop sign at 39th and hadley ... at a high rate of speed. griffin later died. his grandmother ... 46-year-old danielle triggs ... died on the scene. two adults and three children also in their car ... were injured. we are struggling with this. natasha griffin is taeshawn's aunt. there are no words. she asked we not show her face for professional reasons. i feel like our lives have stopped. the world has stagnant. adding to her grief ... is that the suspect in her nephew's case ... is out of jail. online court records show 18- year-old marvin anthony ... had his bail modified from 25-thousand dollars set in july ... to 500 dollars last week. no one answered the door at anthony's listed address. records show he is on gps monitoring ... and may only leave home to attend school. we don't feel like this is justice. in a criminal complaint ... anthony says he was speeding ... because gun in another car. he allegedly left the scene ... came back for his cell phone ... then left again. what example are we providing? there are still teenagers, still in cars and making impulsive decisions. we reached out to anthony's attorney-- but have not heard back. he faces two counts of homicide by negligent use of a vehicle ... and two counts of
