A 26 year old man is in the hospital with serious injuries after being shot, it happened last night near 35th and auer. The Victim Told Police he was walking to his home. When he heard gunshots and felt pain to his chest. Officials say he is not cooperating with police in their investigation. No one has been taken into custody at this time. Were told on average one person dies from a heroin overdose every 3days. There are 39confirmed fentanyl deaths so far this year. For all of last year that number was 30.
