all of the votes cast in wisconsin's presidential election, will be checked again. this after green party leaders file paperwork saying they are worried about exit polling data that didn't pan out. that sum of variation could be expected to occur once in every 850 presidential elections. thats what raises the question. we need to take a look at this. votes must be recounted statewide by december 13th. electin scrambling. we have never had a recount of a presidential vote in wisconsin. it's not stein but democrat hillary clinton who could benefit. in wisconsin, clinton trails president- elect donald by just over 22,000 votes. marquette law school poll director charles franklin says historically recounts do change tallies, but not results. , they have produced very modest shifts. a few votes there and there rather than supreme court race with roughly 1- point-5 million votes shifted the races about 300 votes. never-the-less franklin says if a group has the money the process can be healthy. while expensive and time consuming may provide some assurance of those that are concerned about the outcome. the green party plans to force recounts in michigan and pennsylvania as well. they've raised more th dollars and counting in just a couple days. clinton would need all three to change the result of the election. again--- it's the green party, not democrats who want this. the state republican party calls this "absurd and nothing more than a political stunt. brad. two more names have been announced as part of president-elect donald trump's administration. could ?milwaukee county sheriff david clarke be the next? conservative website-- breitbart news -- says sheriff clarke, who has been monday. the article says officials would not confirm whether mister trump is offering clarke a position. we reached out to sheriff clarke's office for comment. we were told quote-- the sheriff doesn't have anything to say. the transition team says no more official cabinet appointments will be made until next week.....but today two picks were announced. campaign finance lawyer don mcgahn was named as white house counsel... and k-t mcfarland was named deputy national security adviser. one potential romney -- who, of course, was a vocal critic of mister trump during the campaign. while that raises eyebrows for some -- others say to trust in the president- elect. brown says: "he seems to be picking great people regardless of whether they were with him or not. he is going to do what he is going to do." neither one of these new positions requires to the weather now. damp and cool today -- but change is in the air. a slight warmup headed our way for the weekend. meteorologist tom wachs joins us now from the weather center. cloudy skies with areas of drizzle coming to an end this evening. skies will partially clear out overnight with temperatures falling through the 30s. partly sunny and warmer this weekend. highs in the middle 40s saturday, upper 40s on sunday. rain returns late sunday night into monday. the highest chance will be again monday evening. rain will taper off tuesday morning. it will be a warm start to the week with highs in the 50s. tonight: drizzle ending. partial clearing overnight. low: 31 wind: wnw 5 mph saturday: partly sunny. high: 46 wind: sw 5-10 mph sunday: partly sunny. chance for rain at night. am low: 33 high: 49 wind: se 5-15 track the weather anywhere. just downlo center app. it's free for apple and android devices. black friday shopping -- still technically underway. no matter where you went -- stores were busy today. of course -- black friday is the unofficial start to the holiday shopping season. southridge mall saw a flood of shopperes... ever since the doors opened at six this morning. customers searched for the best deals, while crossing off gifts on their christmas lists. some say -- they just came for the harried people that look like theyre looking for the best deals. theyre like digging through the bins, panicking at some times, but its kind of interesting." and how's this for black friday craziness? toys-r-us plans on staying open for 30-hours straight. the store near 27th and howard opened 5 p-m yesterday.... and it won't close until 11 tonight.... so depending on where you live -- some deals. shoppers may be buying big today --- but tomorrow-- they'll be thinking small. 'tis the season to support locally owned businesses for small business saturday. if you're looking for a good deal, check social media. the better business bureau says often times, small businesses post their promotions online first. and if you've had a good experience, share a review! the b-b-b says 45-percent of shoppers use social media to "shop small". with black friday coming to a close -- it's time to look forward to cyber monday. visit fox6 now dot com or the fox6 news app -- for tips to get the most out of your shopping online. holiday shoppers in chicago ran into a bit of a roadblock... as protesters took to the streets in the already crowded shopping district. demonstrators gathered on the city's "magnificent mile" to protest the rise in homicides and the city's handling of police shootings. among the marchers were local activists... memrs teachers union... black lives matter.... and many churches. this was the second consecutive year of demonstrations on black friday. milwaukee harley davidson is back open... and under new ownership. the dealership on silver spring held a special re-opening event this afternoon. the chicago-based company "windy city motorcycle group" purchased the business on wednesday... after a year-long legal battle with the previous owner. it got so ugly -- parent company "harley october 20th while the court's decision was in limbo. its been a little bit of a long course. all that stuff is behind us now. its all been dropped. all parties are happy with the end result now. we're told several changes will be made to the dealer -- but previous agreements-- like the v-i-p maintenance program-- will be honored. a waupun correctional officer is recovering -- after being attacked by an inmate. we're told the officer was taken to the hospital -- but there's no word on his or her condition. the jail was put on lockdown for a short while following the attack. we're still waiting to learn more about a deadly shooting in new berlin that left two people dead. police haven't confirmed whether it was a murder-suicide. an odd 9-1-1 call on wednesday morning launched the investigation. when police arrived the front a 71-year-old woman with gunshot wounds. both died from their injuries. police say they are not looking for suspects. one neighbor tells us what she'll remember most about the female victim. "she was very giving..she talked about taking her dog to one of the nursing homes where she had a relative staying.. she said it made them happy... it put a smile on their face." information-- including their identities-- is now expected to be released on monday. three sheboygan teens are expected to face charges -- including burglary, and damage to property -- after a pair of break-ins at an industrial facility. it happened in a span of just three days. justin williams has the developing story from sheboygan. three teens ... wow ... two break-ins ... wow ... one week. wow! friday, mary ertman stands outside her home, just across the street from sheboygans cargill are cause for some concern, amongst her neighbors. thats not a place for anybody, if you dont know whats goin on. whats goin on, according to sheboygan police, culminates wednesday night, around 9-30, when investigators respond to an alarm at cargill malt, arriving to spot a suspect as he runs from a warehouse--before he disappears, behind a building. theres a lotta places to hide, but its pretty dangerous. after searching te hours, police find a 13-year-old boy who, they claim, did some damage while on the property, but, not, nearly, as much as he, and two, other 13 year old boys, allegedly, did, sunday night. its out of the ordinary, by far. police say the unidentified trio damaged numerous doors, windows, vehicles and products in a warehouse during the overnight hours. employees, arriving for work, around 5 o-clock, monday morning, discovered the destruction. thats a lot. maybe they wanted to make their the damage estimate--from sunday, alone, could be in the 10s of thousands of dollars. charges, including burglarly, and damage to property. in sheboygan, i'm justin williams, fox 6 news. ahead ten. a piece of wisconsin -- arrives in washington. the white house christmas tree -- rolling up to 16-hundred pennsylvania avenue in style. we'll tell you where the tree came from and where it'll be on display. and let it snow, let it snow. the ski hill now officially open music nats. it's beginning to look a lot like christmas at the white house. michelle obama accepting the official white house christmas tree this arriving on a traditional horse drawn carriage -- and, presented by the former owners of the tree --- dave and mary vander-velden of oconto, wisconsin. the douglas fir will be on display in the white house blue room throughout the holiday season. the snow has fallen - at least in slinger on the little switzerland ski slopes. fox six's julie collins caught up with snow lovers who are enjoying their first ski of the season. switzerland started early for some...
