inside the bag... police say they found a clear plastic sandwich bag containing an 'off-white chunky substance.' investigators say the substance tested positive for cocaine... weighing point-24 grams. online court records show collado pleaded 'not guilty' during his initial appearance saturday and was released on a 500-dollar signature bond. when we stopped by his house monday... nat 'door knock' ...no one answered the door but loud music was coming from inside. collado faces charges of disorderly couc cocaine. the milwaukee county district attorneys office had 'no comment' about this case. a spokeswoman for the mayor did not return our calls. he is ordered to have no contact with city hall... controlled substances... or weapons. reporting live outside city hall, bl, fox6 news. mary thanks bret a scary situation inside a walgreen's on the city's north side. this afternoon -- someone fired north. it happened around 1-15. police say no one was hurt-- the shooter fired into the ground. but he or she is not in custody. new information now about the officer-involved shooting that prompted unrest in milwaukee. tonight we've learned two body cameras captured the incident. but it could be a while before we see either video-- stephanie grady joins us in studio with more. wisconsin attorney general brad schimel held a news conference he says it could be weeks if not months before the body camera video is released. he's worried the evidence on those recordings could harm the investigation if it's made public too soon. sylville smith was fatally shot near 44th and auer a week ago saturday. authorities have said smith was fleeing police and that footage from the officer's body camera clearly shows smith holding a handgun. but schimel says that footage is just a small part of the investigation. his team is also interviewing witnesses-- and reviewing evidence body camera videos will not answer all of your questions. your questions will be better answered when the videos are viewed in the context of all the information that is gathered in the investigation. schimel says there is no timeline to finish the investigation. but he expects a decision on charges to come faster than it did in the dontre hamilton case. that took about six months. schimel also confirms some of the state investigators on this ca see that as a conflict of interest because there's no direct relationship to the officers involved. in response to schimel's remarks-- the a-c-l-u of wisconsin says many questions remain unanswered.
