Morgan geyser and anissa weier are accused of trying to kill a classmate more than two years ago when they were twelve. They told police they did it to please the fictional character slenderman. Tonight, the state department of justice is investigating a deadly officer involved shooting in new london. Police say two officers were on patrol, when they spotted a 31 year old white man, who had a warrant for his arrest. Investigators say the suspect pulled a weapon, and then was shot and killed by the officers. Police have not identified the man, or revealed that left one man dead last month in jackson has been deemed justified. And the officer will not face any criminal charges. The woman had managed to call police from an office in the home, before the man burst into the room. Says police found the man, 58yearold helmut wihowski, holding a knife to the womans upper chest while cornering her in a shower stall. Dash cam audio captured what told authorities she would have died if the officer had not shot wihowski. Authorities attempted lifesaving measures on wihowski, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Paris chambers was sentenced after he plead guilty to 5 charges for car theft, damage to property, and bail jumping.
