are ready for the snow. >> if we get the higher limits of the snow predicted, we will have a snow emergency that is declared by the commissioner of public works. in a snow emergency there are posted snow routes. look for the signs. whenever you park. streets and bus routes. we need to keep them clear. andy: winter parking rules are also in effect in the city of milwaukee. the dpw says they will let us know if the 4 inch rule starts. pay attention to the signs on the street. if you're parked on a marked street, you could get a ticket or be towed. one community is already declaring a snow emergency. download our mobile app. you can find information about churches or businesses that could be forced to close due to the snow. new this morning, milwaukee police are investigating a deadly car accident late last night. this happened at the intersection of 12th and hadley. police say a chevy suburban crashed into a dodge stratus. a 66-year-old man inside that car died at the scene. the other driver stayed on the scene and is cooperating with police. in died after falling through the nice on lake cuomo. crews searched for hours before eventually finding the body of the victim. the police are not releasing the name of the victim at this time. right now milwaukee police need help finding a missing woman. they're describing her as critical. 30-year-old sabrina allen was last seen december 6. investigators say she suffers from health issues, but didn't elaborate. if you've seen her, please call police. recount is nearly done. 64 of the state's 72 counties concluding the recount process. milwaukee and waukesha counties are among the counties where the recount has wrapped up. workers spent nine days on the job. the results will be sent to the wisconsin elections commission, which will then be posted online. the deadline to finish the recount is monday night. the state will officially certify its reelection -- it's election results on tuesday. prid intelligence officials to review claims russia hacked the 2016 election. the review is expected to be done before trump's inauguration on january 20. prior to the election, the u.s. government publicly blamed the russian government for cyber attacks aiming to influence election outcomes. trump repeatedly denied a russian tie to election-related hacking. looking ahead, donald trump will be at the wisconsin-state fair
