The Court Allowed the lawsuit to move forward scheduling a hearing for week. And clerks until 8 00 p. M. The green party and jill stein is paying for the recount. She and gary johnson picks up votes. It happened near 28th and west hadley around 8 30 last night. The 23yearold milwaukee man was taken to the hospital with a serious injury. Investigators continue to look into exactly what led up to the shooting. A milwaukee mother is facing a decade in prison after charged in the death of her 3monthold son. And officials are saying scott fell asleep on the baby while was drunk. According to a criminal complaint, scott had another child who died the same way back in 2013. After that incident, one of scotts children went to protective custody. However the baby who died was allowed to remain with her. The department of children and families can not comment on the case. Scott is released on bond, but facing up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Matters first of all, i made it clear i think we should call it what it is. Despite opposition and a lawsuit, wisconsins historical president ial recount continues. Milwaukee county is expected to count ballots from the city of milwaukee today. Steadier snow off to the west and, that will encompass the area by late morning. 12 00 noon snowing across all of southeastern wisconsin that continues into the afternoon and continues to taper off by 2 00, 3 00, 4 00 p. M. And transitioning to a light wintery mix or a period of drizzle. Up here as temperatures warm a lot. By 8 00 p. M. , cloudy skies. A little patchy drizzle across the area. And sunday, snow, break it down in detail. Snow arrives Western Areas 6 00 or 7 00 a. M. In milwaukee. Probably after 7 00. Extra travel times can be expected. And snow totals one to two inches have the shovel ready. Dont know if the broom will help out. And a mix or drizzle is possible on sun pretty much one to two inches for everyone in southeastern wisconsin. And lets talk about the cold now. That will kind of lurk behind this for wednesday, thursday, and friday. See a strong cold front come through. And that will send a chunk of very cold air down through the North Central u. S. The daytime highs starting on wednesday only in the 20s. If youre a skier, the ski areas and ski hills will love this. We dont get near or above freezing for probably three or four days. Before we get there, the snow on sunday, and then maybe a light wintery mix on tuesday. That is brief tuesday how the looks right now. And then the colder air will produce snow showers. Were looking at video of the performances. The costumes are beautiful. And annaleise, as a dance student and a performer, what is that experience like for you . It is a great experience. Like once in a lifetime opportunity. Im really excited to be able to do this. What kind of, how, how is being a part of this experience sort of taught you as a dancer. What more of you learned being a part of this . Well, it has given me insight really really thought me stuff that will help me later on it helped me. There is a performance aspect to this. And an educational one with dance students. What is it like for you as a director to teach and mentor the young dancers. The is a it is a nice experience for me. Later today Election Officials are expected to tally up more city of milwaukee ballots in the recount. Despite a lawsuit attempting to stop it, the recount is moving forward. A federal judge requested a request to halt the recount. The recount is a violation of the constitutional right of those who voted for donald trump. The Court Allowed the recount to move forward. Clerks in 72 counties have until 8 00 p. M. On december 12th to get through all of the ballots. The green party and jill stein are paying for the recount. A new study shows more needs to be done. According to the centers for Disease Control 54 of people who inject drugs use the program in 2015. Up from 36 a decade ago. But the cdc says one in three users still reports sharing needles and an estimated 90 of new h. I. V. Cases are spread by sharing those needles. Happening now, a first of abuse in southeast wisconsin. Called the drug mail back program. The city of milwaukee teamed up with c. V. S.
