>> the choper is parked because of the weather. you are seeing the head lights shining off the wet waivement out there. a little wet pavement to greet you this morning. if you are leeing the house soon, you will notice we are in the green across the system. reduced lains at 43. not causing now problems right now. i suspect we'll delay off the bypass and 94 westbound in that area. that's a look at the morning commute, back to you. >> thank you, matt. 5:33. later today, the battle over sherman park is continuing. a final decision on whether a fence should surround the park county executive chris abele and sheriff david clarke argued over the fence. abele wants it to stay down and clarke wants it to go back up. a judge agreed with abele and issued a temporary restraining order bringing the fence down. today, a court hearing will decide if that decision is permanent and when the park will open and close. >> later today, a debate over whether the game pokemon go should stay in a milwaukee park. the game has gotten people across the country more active. players have to explore outside in order to catch characters. milwaukee's lake park has become a hot spot for pokemon players, but people who live around the park are not happy with the extra traffic both cars and on foot. mike? >> good morning, ben. the pokemon go craze is creating a bit of controversy here and most of it coming from people that live in the neighborhood. huge crowds of players are crowding the park, taking up parking spaces and leaving garbage behind. this video is from over the weekend and showing hundreds the union is bringing in extra trash cans and police are tick eetting the illegally parked cars in the neighborhood. they are trying to get the developer of the game to get a permit. players say that most people are being respectful but neighbors are concerned and there will be a meeting here in the park at 6:30 with officials to talk this issue. reporting live this morning mike anderson "12 news this morning". >> thank you, mike. 5:35. >> happening now, local students are trying to figure out what to do next when a college closes its doors unexpectedly. tim, what happened to itt tech?
