he's charged with sexual assault and prostitution. prosecutors say in august brown sexually assaulted a man after drinking together at an east side bar. they were watching the news conference of the unrest that started after brown shot and killed smith. brown had explicit photos on the cell phone of him and the charges date back to 2015. >> this is disappointing. these are grave charges and going
