Now to our big story this wisconsins president ial election recount. Late last night, a judge ruled that the recount does not have to be done by hand. Melinda but an appeal on that decision could be filed later today. Tim is here with a look at where things stand this morning. Tim the judges ruling is a big blow to former green Party President ial candidate jill stein. Stein is the one who started and is paying for his recount process. She filed a request yesterday demanding that all counties un than electronically. At a hearing last night, a judge decided to deny steins request. That means counties can decide for themselves whether they will recount by hand or electronically. Steins attorneys say they are considering an appeal. It would have to be filed today. Regardless of the appeal, the statewide recount will start tomorrow. Later today, the Election Commission will hold a Conference Call with all county clerks. Across the state for the start of the recount. Every county will have a secure location to recount ballots. Last night, the green party hosted a Training Session in mukwonago for anyone interested in observing the recount. People are allowed to watch the process, take notes, and even record video. I dont frankly expect there to be a change or anything but i still think its an opportunity. Im interested in how the whole election process works and how it doesnt work. Its about learning the process of what to look for, discrepancies wise, if there is a discrepancy on a ballot. He said that scott faukt back after being tased. A Police Officer is facing a trial for shooting and killing a driver. The judge in tulsa decided to go ahead with the trial. The officer thought he was trying to get a weapon from the car, but the hands were in the hand and the investigators never found a weapon. Manslaughter. A Police Station getting too many donations.
