Judge William Duffins decision ponts out investigators repeatedly told dassey that they already knew what he did and assured him he had nothing to worry about even after statements like this. We went in there, we tied her up, and he stabbed her and he , told me to cut her throat. The judge ruled dasseys confession was unconstitutional citing the detectives repeated false promises as well as dasseys age and intellectual deficits.
