kathy: two men with milwaukee ties are charged with pledging support to isis. joyce: it's a developing story we're following tonight. yosvany padilla conde and jason michael ludke decided to drive to mexico to help get papers they needed to flee the u.s., sleeping in the parking lots of mosques along the way, according to prosecutors. they had driven as far as central texas when they were arrested. prosecutors say the two thought they were communicating with isis sympathizers, when, in fact, they were talking to an undercover fbi agent. the criminal complaint says the two were trying to get to syria or iraq and had made videos pledging allegiance to the leader of isis. there is also word of a terror plot in kansas targeting somali immigrants. kathy: patrick is following this developing story. plotted to bomb an apartment building in the town of garden city. 120 people live there, including somali immigrants. the suspects are members of a group that calls itself the kansas security force. investigators say the men considered several targets before settling on the apartment. >> it is alleged that the suspects conducted surveillance to size up potential targets, they stockpiled firearms ammunition and explosive components. they even prepared a manifesto describing their beliefs to be published after the bombing. patrick: the men allegedly told attack to be a wakeup call. the arrests came after an eight-month investigation. kathy: commitment 2016 now in the race for president. the candidates will meet for their final debate next wednesday. joyce: but as abc's chuck sieversen shows us they're not saving their attacks until then -- until then. >> donald trump came out swinging in both of his campaign friday rallies against more >> these allegations are temperatures up throughout the night. we start off with sunshine tomorrow morning, but it won't last too long. skies become cloudy, breezy at 15-25 miles per hour, gusting to 30. then the rain comes temperatures well above average, and most of the daylight hours will be dry. kathy: thank you, mark. police in ohio are looking for a suspected serial kidnapper. the fbi released surveillance video of the suspect today. they believe he kidnapped a six-year-old girl from her house later. and they think the same man tried to grab a 10-year-old girl from her bedroom several months ago. that girl managed to scare him off. police have received more than 300 tips, but have not been able to track him down. two people in ohio are recovering after their home exploded. people in the area had been smelling natural gas for several days. today, someone tried to light a propane tank behind the house and the whole building blew up. >> flames were coming up the side of the man's head. he was kind of hysterical. kathy: the explosion was powerful enough to knock pictures off the walls of neighboring homes. joyce: health care and an honor flight, just two of the stories patrick is previewing for us here tonight. patrick: staring with your health. you can get a checkup at wal-mart tomorrow. from noon until 4:00, walmart stores will be offering free blood pressure checks and blood glucose screenings. medication or insurance. it's part of walmart's annual wellness day. tomorrow is also the annual soles for catholic education walk. it raises money to help students pay for tuition. the two-mile walk steps off tomorrow morning at 10:00 at mount mary university. and 91 local veterans head to washington d.c. tomorrow morning on the latest stars and stripes honor flight. they'll tour the monuments dedicated to their service, then return to a hero's welcome at mitchell international airport the veterans on tomorrow's flight served in world war two, the korean war, and one terminally ill vietnam veteran. another flight is scheduled for next month. joyce: a good scare for a good cause. a bayview home is at it again, going big for halloween with a political twist. wisn 12 donate to pathfinders, a milwaukee organization that helps troubled kids and teens. last year, their wizard of oz that is a great feeling. it is definitely needed. the more money people can give to help other people, that is awesome. >> they have fun with this. they say doing this reminds them of what halloween is all about. >> makes you feel like a kid again. you know, when you are an adult,
