Apparently the dna lab played a significant role in the arrests in this murder and the sheriff is going to go into wanted for a deadly assault in in jail on several charges including murder, Armed Robbery and kidnapping. Deputies say they assaulted two other men who were sitting inside their vehicle at the spinx gas station on lee road 10 days a second victim suffered nonlife threatening injuries.
