Witnesses say a handcuffed ellingson was wearing a life jacket that wasnt fitted properly by trooper piercy when he fell out of the boat and drowned. Trooper piercy claimed he had never been taught how to use life jackets and a its tough to live everyday because i have to walk by his room everyday and see hes not there. During the investigation, allegations of a coverup between the Missouri State patrol and special investigator Amanda Grellner surfaced. The people that were trying to cover up and protect Anthony Piercy need to exposed also. Grellner then removed herself from the ellingson case and was replaced by william seay.
