"i had a final at 7:30 and crossed the intersection at 6:40 so about 20 minutes earlier and as i left it was pitch dark and you could hardly see anything and it was pouring rain." those same conditions are making the investigation much harder for police. nearby security video is distorted and blurry because of the heavy rain and reflections from street lights... police say the public is their best chance of finding the .
