The neighbor says pamelas daughter, who has down syndrome, would often spend time with her at her apararent in kelly acres. Oh i loved her to death, shed come over here and sit with me two and three hours at a time. She do anything, but shed just sit and look at you. The neighbor says she was shocked to hear that on tuesday, pamela was arrested by Spartanburg Police accused of trying to poison and kill herself and her daughter. Police reports say pamela told officers she was worried that when she died, no one would be able to take care of her daughter. She told me she was worried about, she didnt know who was going to take care of vicki. Thats a worry to every mother, whos going to take care of their daughter like that i mean you dont want them in a home.
