in court, coming up in november. happening today, the teenager accused of taking a deadly drive in charlestown, rhode island, will be in court. police say the 17-year-old was under the influence the cross the center median and hit a motorcycle, killing the the driver. the crash happened monday afternoon on route 1. and a pipeline protest in actually chained themselves to their cars by the next. two fires in southbridge. both of these fires broke out about a half mile apart over the weekend. one tore throu downtown, the story several buildings. and four firefighters suffered from the exhaustion and dehydration. at least 12 people were displaced from their apartments. ab use student who was allegedly drug when he was involved in a deadly accident is out on bail this morning. 19-year-old joseph appeared in court on monday. he pled not guilty to charges of motor vehicle homicide. charges that he was drunk and drove his vehicle into trees early saturday morning, killing another. >> and the victim killed her that crash was aj robbins. in the 18-year-old graduated from lunenburg high in may. and his father told us that is a was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. in a new hampshire judge convicts in nashville woman of a horrific crime, finding her guilty of murdering her three-year-old daughter. 27-year-old caitlin maren was found guilty of second-degree murder on monday. prosecutors say maren attacked her daughter, brio times, and eventually killed her back in 2014. she will be sentenced in december. happening today, voters in florida and arizona will be getting the polls to choose candidates for the senate and house of representatives and primaries. in florida, republican and former presidential candidate marco rubio is vying for are suing st. paul's school, saying that the new hampshire prep school did not do enough to protect her at the time of the assault. and this morning, she will be si guthrie for an exclusive interview on the today show it just about one hour. labrie was convicted last year of misdemeanor sexual assault it is now appealing the conviction. now, a risky rescue in rhode island. workers angling under a
