The restaurant remains closed. They are working with health of this. Jones has their six points. Good. Victoria Boston College basketball players sidelined. Some of them couldnt get out of bed today. Victoria 30 students, including several basketball players, are sick. Boston college says they all ate at chipotle and the number could go even higher. One of my roommates is in Health Services right now. Shes having some intestinal problems. Victoria chipotle in Cleveland Circle closed its doors and crews went to work scrubbing things down. The restaurant working with the state department of health trying to figure out if there is a link to the National Outbreak of e. Coli at chipotle. So far 52 people in nine states have been affected. Massachusetts isnt one of them. When we heard it was oregon, washington, california, such a large outbreak will come this way in matter what. Victoria dph says they cant say if e. Coli is to blame. And chipotle put out a statement saying, we dont have any incident is related to the previous e. Coli incident. There are no confirmed cases of e. Coli connected to chipotle in massachusetts. Is trying to figure out how long ago this couple was radicalized, but they say it could have happened quite some time ago. Officials say Tashfeen Malik and syed farook had methodically prepared for this attack, often practicing at shooting ranges. Their most recent practice session was just days before last weeks deadly shootings took place. And in a few chilling new twists now, officials have disclosed that farooks coworkers at the county Health Department underwent active Shooter Training in the same exact Conference Room where he and his wife opened fire, killing 14 people and injuring 21 others. Still not clear yet whether farook himself attended that same training session. We have also learned some new details this morning on the explosives that were found inside of that couples home. Officials say 19 pipe bombs were recovered, though not all of them may have been working pipe bombs. A. 22caliber rifle was also found, bringing the total number of firearms recovered in this case to five. Right now the f. B. I. Still clues, trying to figure out whether the couple got help from islamic extremists or if the couple acted alone. He will now be under house arrest pending his sentencing. This comes after an Appeals Court overturned his manslaughter conviction last week, instead finding him guilty of murder. Well, she has been called the hidden kennedy daughter. Rosemary kennedy was the third child of joseph and rose kennedy, the sister of j. F. K. Christa she lived a very, very different life than her highprofile siblings, and she also inspired them to really change the way people think about people with disabilities. Kennedy girls, eunice left 16 and rosemary 19. The young man is brother jack. Hi, rosie. Hi, jack. Christa thats one of the few times the world heard from rosemary, but the kennedy siblings would change the way the world thought about people with disabilities. Of a woman in my family who had very little intellectual capacity compared to my uncle jack or bobby or my mom or dad but had that hidden gift that only comes from god. Christa like her older brothers, rosemary was been at home in brookline, but this time there were complications. Rose was ready to deliver rosemary, but the nurse held the baby back in the birth canal to wait for the doctor to arrive, and of course that deprived rosemary to lack of oxygen. We link her disabilities to that moment. Christa Kate Clifford larson wrote the bestseller rosemary the hidden kennedy daughter. She says for years rosemary attended special schools but always traveled to the family. When her father became ambassador to england, they all proved to london. This was the best time of rosemarys life. Christa world war ii forced everyone home. That was the beginning of the end. She would sneak out of another school at night in washington, d. C. Was. This frightened the family, so joe decided that he needed to do something about it quickly. Christa the decision, rosemary would have a lobotomy, an operation on the brain that doctors no longer perform. She had to learn to walk and talk and move, function afterward because she couldnt do anything. The lobotomy went terribly wrong. Christa her parents then sent rose marery to live with nuns in wisconsin. Rose did not see her daughter for 20 years. Her brother jack did visit. In 1958 when he was campaigning to president , he went to wisconsin and made a secret visit to his sister that. Was first person to see her. Christa eventually rosemarys sister eunice took responsibility for her care and urging her brother, the president , into action. Eunice forced the administration to Pay Attention and pass legislation for families, for individuals with disabilities. She went on to found the special olympics. Anthony shriver is also carrying on her legacy. He created best buddy, National Organization that helps create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. People with intellectual disabilities like rosemary matter and count and can participate in a whole variety of different ways. You never know where the inspiration will come from and what will move the needle, but she proved the need until a big way. Christa rosemary died in wisconsin in 2005. She was 82 years old. In spite of the tragedy that happened to rosemary, her legacy is this powerful accommodation and world that we live in now for people with disabilities. Christa and ive actually had the opportunity to ride in the best buddies challenge. Its an annual bike ride involving thousands of riders from boston to hyannis port. Anthony shriver says its really important to him that the groups biggest event take place there close, of course, to the places where rosemary and her times together. Amazing event.
