i'm kris anderson. firstlet take a look outside this morning. it's beautiful out. unseasonably warm. let get to meteorologist chris lambert with a peek at the forecast. right now it's 60 in the city of boston, 40s and 50s in the suburbs, but no question it's a mild start for the day. we are not going to warm up into the 70s like we did in the last couple of days taking a look at what is going on in new england, not much. we do have batches of sun, i don't expect any rain. however, it will be a comfortable day. this afternoon temperatures in the lower 60s, maybe even middle 60s out there and then comfortable into this evening tonight. we will clear out. we will be cooler for the second half of the weekend. there's still no real cool air in place, we are back to seasonal levels at patriots game, it's bright weather and a bright game at that. forecast coming up in a bit. kris. a strong earthquake has hit central chile, chile issued a tsunami be wag later canceling it. this was a part of a string of after shocks from september 8.3 magnitude earthquake which killed at least 11 people. to our top story, police in boston looking for a man who they say assaulted a little girl in south boston. attack happened on early friday morning, and now people in that area are on high alert. 7's tim kaput with the caputo, with the latest from south boston. >> reporter: the little girl was waiting at the bus, when a stranger walked up behind her and groped her. the little girl turned around her and faced and he apologized. they say he they saw several police officers searching the neighborhood. >> i've seen different people. i'm not sure what happened, but i'm sure there was plenty of police officers there. >> reporter: police did not find the suspect but are alerting residents to keep their eye out for a man who assaulted a child. >> now i'm concerned that you turn your back for two seconds and something like that happens. >> reporter: most know the 11-year-old and her family. and already there's rumors that the suspect lives here. >> they see him everyday, hopefully they will catch him because that little girl don't want to stand at that bus stop anymore. police are investigating after shots were fired at matthew en. it happened at the center street last night. no one was hurt. we are following a breaking story. cnn. says there's new video from sigh sis isisthat claims responsibility for blowing russian plane. it's prompted talks of security changes at international airport. we are still waiting on official confirmation that it was indeed a bomb. however, this morning we are learning more about an incident that occurred back in august when a plane that was carrying british tourists toy equipment came within a 1,000 feet of a rocket. officials trial in boston. hernandez will be charged with witness intimidation in the case of bradley. bradley was in the car with aaron hernandez when the former patriot shot two men back in 2012. hernandez is accused of shooting bradley in the face afraid implicating him in the murders. police found the car in 2013 while searching hernandez's connecticut. at the time they were investigating lloyd's murder, seven-day forecast coming up in a bit. now look at today's top stories, police are searching for a suspect accused of assaulting an 11-year-old girl in south boston. the girl told police that a man came up from behind her and grabbed her on the buttocks while she was walking on gaff vin way around 9:00 on monday morning. when she turned around, the man apologized and walked away. countries the league. a former new york press on worker paying up after helping two convicted prisoners escape from prison. she has agreed to pay $80,000 in restitution as part of a deal with prosecutors. she arrived on friday morning in leg shackles and handcuffs. she is serving 7 years behind bars for helping those two men escape. they escaped from that new york prison this past june. police shot and caught hem, two weeks later they tuned swett 200 miles away from the prison. they took him in custody. two police officers were arrested in connection with the shooting of a of autistic boy. they were arrested on murder charges. jeromy march martis was killed on thursday night when the officers opened fire on the father's vehicle. still unclear what triggered the shooting. no weapon was found in the vehicle. an investigation is ongoing. an ohio fugitive has been caught after 37 years on the run. 66-year-old oscar juarez was arrested on thursday in saint paul, minnesota. they say that juarez
