Police say this happened about 10 00 this morning in a facebook post, reposted by the heir police, a mother describes being 5 minutes into a run and joking down a hill when a guy in a van drove right at her and forced her off the road into a ditch full of poison ivy and describes a man 55 or 60 pulling up and then sandwiching her into the ditch. She felt trapped. According to the victim, the individual didnt pass the water route. She thought he wanted her to thinks she saw an individual in the back but thats not clear. Shortly after that, she continued on her way, went to her home and reported it to the police. The passenger seat in the front was empty. The woman felt threatened and described running from the scene as fast as she can. So far police in shirley have not been in touch with Police Investigating the homicide. The courtesy van was head here to the hampton inn in revere earlier this morning and never made it and now police want to know why the driver of the car plowed into the shuttle texas. Tragedy oarlt here along route 1a and east boston beyond the 10 williams tunnel where state police say a 27yearold swampscott man operating the Subaru Legacy crashed into the back of a hampton and shuttle van that just picked up four people who flew into logan airport. Im very surprised. I would never think that would happen. Just freak accidents i guess happen and you never know. Reporter the impact sent the jersey barrier. Troopers say the people in the van, a 59yearold man and 47yearold woman both from El Paso Texas were thrown from the van and pronounced dead at the scene. I came out here and saw the news crew and went back upstairs and saw it again and woke him up reporter the driver of the van and two other passengers including a woman from texas and a man from florida, plus the subaru driver, were all transported to area hospitals. The victim, his friend, 18yearold matthew here being rushed to the hospital after being impaled with a broken golf club. There was a brokenoff swhaft of the golf club that entered mr. Dows back shoulder and exited through the front of the body. He was conscious, airlifted to a hospital. Reporter police say the two and another friend were at the breakhart reservation in wakefield where they told police they had taken lsd, marijuana and heroin. From one of his friends and started attacking them. Did he make statements to police at that time admitting to taking lsd and heroin and made further statements that im dead and he killed his friend.
