>> trey: yeah, joe, what a difference a week makes. the patriots really didn't look right in any way one week ago against the bills. this week the face of the nfl is back, and tom brady showed his doubters that not a four-game suspension nor his age has any shot at slowing him down here in 2016. brady leading the team out of the tunnel here in cleveland. and the patriots putting the throttle down right from the start. brady opened the game, hitting on 14 o yards on his way to a 400-yard day in the air with three touchdowns. all of them going to tight end martellus bennett. believe it or not, brady thinks he's just getting warmed up. >> this isn't the time for me to reflect. like i said, i'm happy we won today, and i think... i'm happy we win every time we play. i have a job to do, and there's no point in looking back at anything. >> i was just trying to focus on what my job is and what i have to do. week for me once i got into it. so it was fun to come out and play and fun to win. that's the most important thing. we have a listening road ahead, so we'll try to keep building. >> just a totally different offense that we saw here today under tom brady than we saw with jacoby brissett. julian edelman, chris hogan, rob gronkowski, those are the guys that made a big impact today. we'll hear from them coming up later in sports. reporting live in cleveland, trey d >> joe: thanks, trey. if you think that cheering for brady was loud in cleveland, wait until he takes the field at gillette stadium next sunday. one quick note, sox and indians game three rained out today. they'll play tomorrow night at 6:08. live in the newsroom, joe amorosino, 7news. >> anchor: well, the rest of the team just as pumped to have t.b. 12 back on the field, and fans agree it's good to see brady. john cuoco continues our team coverage live in cleveland. a lot more pats' fans than browns' fans. >> john: that's right, nicole. when tom brady was standing in the tunnel before the game, all you could hear were the fans in the stands chanting his name. martellus bennett says it felt like a home game. then brady took the field and it's like he never lost a step. brady's bunch back in the win come wum a beat down of the browns in cleveland. >> it's super great. he's our leader. he's our guy. he came out here, and we did what we offense as a whole. >> brady, brady! >> john: if there was any are u.s. on t.b. 12's game after four weeks away from the team, it certainly didn't show. >> [inaudible] >> did you? >> no. >> me neither. >> got the wd-40 out for him, you know what i'm saying? get that arm ready. he did well today. >> john: his teammates happy to have him back on the field, >> he drew a friendship and you get excited for that. so you definitely try that. >> new england fans showed up in droves and players took notice. >> in the game, hearing them chanting "brady" and all the support that came out for this game, it's pretty awesome. he looked in the crowd. there was a lot of blue and red out there, so it was really something to see. >> john: a sign right here, the fans welcome back the goat. that's the greatest of all time. big win for the patriots and a great return for tom brady. leave in cleveland, john cuoco, 7news. >> nicole: and tom brady just crushing it in cleveland. we'll have more highlights and coverage live from cleveland later in the newscast. and turning now to the election, the countdown is on. we're just 30 days away. donald trump back in the public eye and still dealing with that videotape -- vulgar videotape. the stage is set. you're taking a live look at washington university in st. louis as trump gets ready to go head to head for hillary clinton for an unpredictable matchup. dan hausle is live in st. louis with a preview of the second presidential debate. and, dan, do we believe that the focus is going to be on those comments made in that video?
