Well, jadiann, here are the findings from the New Hampshire state attorney generals office. They did a 7 month investigation into state rep kyle tasker. 30yearold lawmakers did in fact smoke marijuana at the statehouse and sold the drug to at least four other legislators. But in the end, would not face charges for that because there was not enough evidence to make the case. Now the states investigation into tasker was launched after he was arrested in march for soliciting sex from a 14 yearly girl online and possessing drugs to sell. At that time detectives searched his home and say they found marijuana, hash, mushrooms and other derision as well as county for all of that. The state then wanted to know if tasker was just allegedly selling drugs out of his home or on state property. Investigators say they used his ipad and facebook account to track down possible lawmakers involved in his alleged drug deals. Now during all of this tasker was removed from his assignment on the house and Childrens Family law committee. He eventually did resign as well from his political position hoar at the statehouse. She is believed dead after an illfated fishing trip with her 22yearold son nathan. Nathan carmen told the coast guard he lost sight of his mom after his boat began to sink and he made his way into a life raft with the food and water. A chinese ship rescued him after a week. Healthy cow was myct machines former lawyer said she loved her son, nathan and spoke off the an about his struggles with asperingers, a mild form of ative. He was named a suspect in his grandfathers 2013 murder but no charges were ever filed against him. She was convinced that he had nothing to do with the death of his grandfather and she could list reasons. Reporter the attorney reveals nathan wasnt the only suspect in the 2013 shooting police questioned linda three times and in 2011 she had a violent altercation with her father on the 7th floor of this hartford hospital. A Police Report obtained by 7 news indicates he threatened to stop supporting his daughter because nathans dad was slow to accept a job offer. Quote linda is saying her dad was worth 300 million. It said she lost it when he tried to left a waiting room. John stated he was struck upon his ad lindas closed fist and also was being kicked at the same time by linda. The report also indicates that carmen scratched at her fathers face and actually gave her exhusband a fat lip when he tried to intercede. After about three months the elderly father decided not to go forward with the prosecution. Mbta officials releasing this picture of what appears to be an employee lying down in the money room and this is actually scattered on a nearby table. Anchor that incident was never investigate and the worker never identified but the mbta wanted you to see it. This surveillance photo inside the mbta money room shows a on the floor behind a wall and you can see cash scattered on a nearby table. The picture was taken in february and also appears to show another t worker off to the right. The mbta released the photo as it pushes for privatizing its fare collection system. Currently those duties are handled by the Boston Carmens Union which counts 142 million a year this that money room. The mbta called photos troubling and release adstatement saying there is no logical reason for a Transit System to be in the cash the t should focus on doing things it does well and in situations like the money room where there are other people who are much better at it than the t is, we should talk to them about having them provide us with that service. The Carmens Union wouldnt comment on the picture because it said the employee lying down isnt one of its members im spokesperson said the union speculates the two individuals in the photo may be t managers or even supervisors. The Carmens Union is fighting the states effort to outsource work to count fares. Now take it into southeastern mass heavier rainfall bridgewater out through kingston, duxbury as well. These spokes, these bands of the yellow and oranges, the heavier rainfall continued to track from south to north and while it is widespread scattered showers expected through not only tonight but through the better part of tomorrow, there will be some times of dry weather and also some times of heavy rainfall. So going through the time line here overnight tonight i think we can break apart some of those showers at least through later evening hours. Widespread showers could become heavy at times through tomorrow morning, still some of those isolated downpours that work through the area until about midday. Then i think into the afternoon some of us could catch some areas of no rain, sometimes, then we continue with the scattered showers activity as we make it into sunday as well. So your heaviest rainfall expected overnight tonight through the first half of tomorrow and if there is a wetter of the two weekend days, that would be saturday rather than sunday. But we need evdr half an inch to an inch and a half and quite possibly in some of those harder hit areas two inches of rainfall. Now Hurricane Matthew big news tonight and if you look very closely you can see a very welldefined eye to this storm. Now a category four hurricane and, yes, this escalated very quickly if you have been keeping an eye on it.
