The victim is 71 years old from stoughton while the driver is 33 from taunton of early evidence from the d. A. s office suggests the driver had been delivering pizza when the accident happened happened. The victim was taken to the hospital but didnt survive. The suspect has been arrested for operating under the influence of drugs causing death and is expected in court monday morning. For now though, this investigation is continuing.
