This occurred on lawrence street in lowell. The 15yearold was suffered serious injuries. Police say someone in the suspects truck had an interaction with the victim before the incident and Police Believe this hit and run was intentional. Police say this investigation is ongoing and the suspect will face numerous charge in court tomorrow. Meantime that 15yearold victim is still in Childrens Hospital recovering from those injuries.
