What happened to that teenager has the entire community on edge. Police found the car, and an arrest should happen soon. The whole thing caught on camera. Its scary. A moment later, police say that 17yearold girl who bailed out of the vehicle made the decision to escape her kidnapper. People who live in the neighborhood say the incident is terrifying.
