the father of two twin girls who died after the 24-year-old has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of reckless conduct. the 15-month-old girls were left inside an suv thursday night. the father and some neighbors tried to cool them office by putting them in a shallow pool but they were unconscious. there is no reason for it. i'm hoping that maybe he didn't mean say mayor richard scott silver thorn tried to give police methamphetamine during an undercover sting. there police arrested the 51-year-old in a parking lot of a hotel. officials say they have been former virginia police officer sentenced to two and a half years behind bars for the killing of an unarmed man. former officer stephen rankin was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. so police say he hd flying above the beaches just this afternoon for you and you can see here there are very few people on the beach, even less in the water. officials say they have closed some of the beaches due of ours to those shark sightings and they have closed the following beaches to swimming. noon's landing, cold storage and those beaches could stay closed all the way through sunday. officials are
