Officials say a water main broke during a construction project and that water main filled the trench up with water. Fox 25 gym morelli is at the scene of that collapse. Jim, osha now investigating. Construction equipment here. Other than that, very little evidence of that life and death drama that happened yesterday afternoon. That is when in seconds water completely filled up this 12 to 15 foot deep trench trapping those workers inside. At the time. They were trying to hook up a sewer line from one of the houses here into the main line. And they just had no hope of getting out. The water came up so fast, it was a we ran into a gentleman this morning who used to work for atlantic drain. He explained to us what they were actually doing out here. And he said he was surprised they were down as deep as they were, 10 to 15 feet deep. He said it was not surprised when it happened. He felt when he worked for that company, he doesnt work for them any more, he felt they had a troubling history and an ignorance of safety. Jason police in New Hampshire manchester are investigating after a person was hit by a car bridge and elm streets last night. The person was traps ported to the hospital with serious injuries. Theres no word on the victims age at this point. It happened as a the victim was trying to cross walnut street. Theyre still investigating the crash. Details as soon as they are available. Stephanie police are investigating a white powdery substance mailed to Hillary Clintons campaign headquarters. Preliminary testing shows it was not harmful. Midtown office yesterday. From there sent to brooklyn. But investigators arent sure why it was forwarded. A floor at the headquarters was evacuated last night as a precaution. The secret service and office of Emergency Management are also looking into that incident. Police report saying he grabbed her and dragged him into her apartment and raped her. At first, he denied having sex with anyone. Mateo ordered without bail and jason the man accused of shooting a chelsea man this week hit behind a courtroom door during his arraignment. Garcia, who prosecutors say is a gang member, is facing assault and weapons charges. The young victim in wednesdays shooting is out of the hospital with a bullet still lodged in his shoulder.
