Officials say a water main broke during a construction project and that water main filled the trench up with water. Fox 25 gym morelli is at the scene of that collapse. Jim, osha now investigating. Construction equipment here. Other than that, very little evidence of that life and death drama that happened yesterday afternoon. That is when in seconds water completely filled up this 12 to 15 foot deep trench trapping those workers inside. At the time. They were trying to hook up a sewer line from one of the houses here into the main line. And they just had no hope of getting out. The water came up so fast, it was a we ran into a gentleman this morning who used to work for atlantic drain. He explained to us what they were actually doing out here. And he said he was surprised they were down as deep as they were, 10 to 15 feet deep. He said it was not surprised when it happened. He felt when he worked for that company, he doesnt work for them any more, he felt they had a troubling history and an ignorance of safety. Theres no word on the victims age at this point. It happened as a the victim was trying to cross walnut street. Theyre still investigating the crash. Details as soon as they are available. Stephanie police are investigating a white powdery substance mailed to Hillary Clintons campaign headquarters. Preliminary testing shows it was not harmful. Midtown office yesterday. Police report saying he grabbed her and dragged him into her apartment and raped her. At first, he denied having sex with anyone. But then he told police, he thought the girl was 18 and the sex was consensual. Mateo ordered without bail and jason the man accused of shooting a chelsea man this week hit behind a courtroom door during his arraignment. Garcia, who prosecutors say is a gang member, is facing assault and weapons charges. The young victim in wednesdays shooting is out of the hospital with a bullet still lodged in his shoulder. Theres a chance another half inch, possibly an inch of rain could come down in any of those steadier training showers. We saw last night with the train affect. Showers repeated over the same area, not the same set up today. Just want to alert you it could be tough to clean up another half inch or so possible. Theres boston, north and westward. They told fox 25 theyre irreplaceable. Theyre like family to me. Jason not your average pets but to cassie and her dad gary theyre everything. Some people have they were like a dog or cat to me. They were really special. Jason theyve raised them since birth. You build a bond with animals. And its something you cant replace. Jason now they dont know if theyll ever see their beloved pets again. Because last monday, they got loose from their Chestnut Street enclosure. Down, they shimmied right out agreed to keep them in their yard until locating the owner. Two hours later, hey, you got our goats. Reporter no one realized it was a lie until gary showed up. They showed up pretending to be somebody they werent. They took property that didnt belong to them.
